Princess Rapunzel is stolen from her parents by a witch who keeps her locked in a tower in the woods. 

With the help of fortune-hunting Rudi, she escapes and is eventually returned to her loving parents, the King and Queen of Empire, but not before encountering pirates, being set adrift at sea, and being shipwrecked beneath the White Cliffs of Powers.
